Use our customer service portal to process your returns, damage or missing item claims or to track your package.  All returns and claims must take place within 14 days of delivery. 

 Choose the "Redo" order protection at checkout and receive a free return label on most purchases.  Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, replacement or store credit using our claims portal.  

Exceptions Include:

Sale items ending in .97 For example, if the price is $29.97 that indicates that an items is on clearance and is not returnable.  

Items marked "Final Sale" in the title or description of the product. 

Restocking Fees on specific items:  A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the following items if returned.

-Rugs

-Lamps, Chandeliers and all LED trees or ornaments.

-Framed artwork priced over $200.

You must return your item within 14 days of delivery.  If you did not choose the package protection but are within the 14 day returns window, you can still make a return using our lower cost negotiated shipping rates which will be deducted from your return.  

If you purchased the re:do package protection at checkout on our website, a free return label will be sent to you through the returns portal.
